The first lecture of the series delves into IT careers, with the purpose of demystifying modern professions and bringing them closer to young people. Speakers will also be addressing non-formal education and the skills that led them to the job positions they are currently occupying.
“Poslovi #za5” is the first of many activities of the nation-wide project Budućnost #za5, whose goal is to train and empower young people, motivate them to be more active in their job search and to demonstrate that continuous education (formal and non-formal) is the key to personal and professional growth, employment or starting your own business.
HTEC is one of the companies involved in this project, alongside Coca-Cola, Societe Generale, Delhaize, Cisco, Telenor, Microsoft, Vip, Levi9, Nordeus, etc. HTEC also participated in the last year’s conference “Karijera #za5“, where our colleagues Mina Stefanović and Anđelija Đenić, from the HR department, spoke about the application process for students, the culture and work in HTEC Group.
The project is supported by Coca-Cola Foundation and the Ministry of Youth and Sports and organized by the Union of Secondary School Students of Serbia, Centar 8 and V+O Communication.
