As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

  • Seeking talent in IT industry
  • Traditional and online recruitment and selection
  • Participating in implementation and improvement of HR employment policies and procedures
  • Candidate sourcing and building talent pipeline
  • Cooperating closely with Technical Team Leads for HR needs
  • Taking part in company’s promotional activities (cooperation with local universities, social events and initiatives, social networks, etc.)

You should have:

  • Fluency in English
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment
  • Motivation to work in a fast-growing industry
  • Willingness to explore, learn and develop
  • Academic degree is a plus, as well as a LinkedIn account
